Read and review all the information on Marshall's Railroad Conductor Program website.
Step 2
Submit an online application (We will not be
accepting any new applications until January 2008)
Step 3
Login to view application status after email notification is received.
Step 4
If authorized to move forward, signup for an Orientation & Testing
Session
Step 5
Attend session with $30 processing fee, other documentation
requested.
Complete and receive satisfactory scores on the Industrial Reading
Test, and be interviewed. This is all done in 1 visit.
Step 6
Login to view application status after email notification to
determine if placed on waiting list for primary city of interest.
Step 7
Be selected for a specific class (this will be done by phone and/or mail or e-mail).
Applicants must be chosen by Program Administration to enter class and you cannot come to class
unless there is a job opening in your desired work location.
Step 8
Pay tuition for class

Begin class
NOTE: You cannot be selected for a class until there is an open job position for you to fill in your desired area.
Only the best qualified candidates are selected for class.
