The Division of Workforce Development works with business and industry, government agencies, and professional organizations to design training programs that meet the
specific skills and knowledge needed in the everyday working environment. Marshall Community and Technical College assesses training needs, identifies gaps that can be
corrected by training, prioritizes training needs to align with organizational goals and delivers and evaluates training at the convenience of the business.
