New Faculty Orientation

Welcome new colleagues! Prior to each fall and spring term, The Center for Teaching and Learning hosts New Faculty Orientation (NFO) programs for full-time and adjunct faculty who are joining the faculty in the upcoming semester. This is a great opportunity for you to meet other new faculty, as well as to learn about relevant policies, procedures, and programs to support your teaching, research and community engagement at Marshall.

We have also developed a special page, New Faculty Resources, to help you get settled on campus and in the community. On this page, you will find a link to Arriving Employee Information on the Human Resource Services website to guide you through necessary steps to get started as a new Marshall employee, including links to HR forms and how to obtain your University ID, parking permit, and computer account. You will also find quick reference links for information about the community.

Please let us know how we can help you during your transition. We look forward to seeing you soon!
