As the General Manager at Marshall University, I oversee the food venues on campus including the dining programs for the residential students, all retail food operations including the MSC Food Court, Drinko Coffee Shop, Sweet Sensations, Cafe a la Carte as well as Catering. Biography: Cheryl began her career as a Catering Manager with Sodexho in August 1985 at Marietta College in Marietta, Ohio. While at Marietta she was promoted to production Manager and continued that role until 1991 when she accepted the position of Production Manager with Sodexho at Kanuga Conference Center in Hendersonville, NC. While at Kanuga she was promoted to General Manager in August 1994. In January 2000 she returned to the Mid-Ohio Valley when she accepted the position of Operations Manager here at Marshall University. She was promoted to the General Manager position at Marshall University in 2003. |
