With over 200 in attendance at the inaugural City of Huntington Pride Picnic in 2017,
sponsorships are the perfect way to further support Huntington Pride while building
a strong LGBTQ presence for your business or organization. The LGBTQ Advisory
Committee to Mayor Steve Williams is inviting you to help sponsor the City of
Huntington’s Second Annual Pride Picnic at the Ritter Park picnic shelter on
Saturday, June 16th!
The City of Huntington’s second annual Pride Picnic will provide a free cookout
buffet (while food lasts!), offer family-friendly entertainment, and encourage local
LGBTQ friendly businesses and organizations to freely distribute literature or offer
on-site services to attendees.
As a sponsor of the event, you will declare that your business or organization
encourages and values diversity, equality, and inclusion. The benefitts your business
or organization will receive reaches far beyond promotion. It establishes connections
and builds relationships between you and your LGBTQ customers and clients.
Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tables and equipment. No tables or
electrical outlets will be provided.
