Information Literacy

In its most basic form, information literacy means that a person has learned how to learn. To get to that point, an individual has developed the skills to articulate his or her information need, to devise a way to find that information, to search for that information efficiently and in relevant sources, to evaluate what he or she found, and to use it in an ethical manner.
