Join us for another semester of the Works in Progress series in the Department of Sociology and Anthropology. The purpose of the series is to provide a regular time and place for undergraduates, graduate students, and faculty affiliated with the Sociology and Anthropology programs to present works in progress and receive helpful feedback. These gatherings will enable both students and faculty to interact with one another in an informal manner in order to develop research projects, foster public engagement, and encourage publication. Typically, these presentations will take place on Wednesday from 12:30 to 2:00 PM. As of Fall 2013, the WIP series is being held in Corbly Hall, Room #333. Presentations are open to everyone. Refreshments will be provided.
