All training for the Purchasing Card is now done in an online format. This online training is required every two years for existing cardholders.
1. Go to www.wvsao.gov
2. Click on the “My Apps” link, and either Sign In or Sign Up.
3. Complete the series of questions to verify your identity.
4. Complete the State Purchase Card Confidential Cardholder Application
5. Once your application has been approved, you will receive further instruction to complete the application process and training.
