All training for the Purchasing Card is now done in an online format. The training must be completed prior to an application being made for a new PCard, and completed at least every two years by existing cardholders.

1. Go to www.wvsao.gov

2. Click on the “My Apps” link, and either Sign In or Sign Up.

3. Complete the series of questions to verify your identity.

4. Complete the Marshall Purchase Card Application

5. Submit to Melanie Gallaher – Accounts Payable Office

Once your application has been approved, you will receive instructions for completing your online Cardholder and Ethics training.
