Chloe came to Marshall via an exchange program with her university in France thanks to the Brothers Scholarship. She has excelled at Marshall as a graduate assistant at the Center for International Programs as well as holding offices in the campus chapter of Xi Upsilon Chapter, Professional Fraternity Delta Sigma Pi and acting as the president of the International Student Organization.
Her Americanization has included developing a keen interest in the Marshall football team.
“In my home country, we don’t have college sports and for me it was incredible to see the entire town and community so supportive with the team and with the university,” Chloe said.
She says she has really enjoyed the hospitality she has found in the Tri-State.
“People in Huntington and in West Virginia are so welcoming. I just love how curious they are about your country and your origins.”
