  1. I'm having issues logging on. What should I do?

    To log into GEAR you will need to have your MUNet username and password. These are the same credentials that you should be using to log onto the computers on campus. If you find you are having continued problems logging on, please take note of the following:

    • If you are logging on from campus, you should use your MUNet username and password. This is not the same as your 901# and PIN that you may have used to use to login to sites like the old MyMU or the Bursar's payment system.
    • If you are attempting to login from off campus, you will probably need to add "" to the end of your username. NOTE: this is NOT the same as which you would use for your email address. Using "" will not work.
    • If you are on campus but using a personal laptop to try and login after connecting to Marshall's WiFi network, you may experience login issues even if you are putting your username and password in correctly. If this is the case, try again using one of the campus computers (such as in Drinko Library).
