Program Overview:
The Graduate Certificate in Marriage, Couple, Family Therapy requires 18 hours of course credit.

Program Highlights:

Coursework in Marriage, Couple and Family Therapy is eligible for continuing education units with the West Virginia Counseling Board of Examiners, as individual study with the West Virginia Board of Social Work Examiners, and can be submitted to the West Virginia Psychology Board of Examiners for review and approval. This certificate program is currently the state’s only program focusing on the knowledge base and clinical skills in Marriage, Couple and Family Therapy.

Gainful Employment Program Disclosure:
  • Student pursuing the graduate certificate in Marriage, Couple, Family Therapy are eligible for federal financial aid providing they takes at least 4.5 hours (1/2 time enrollment) in a semester.
