Program Overview:
The Graduate Certificate in Teaching English as a Second Language requires 21 hours of course credit. The certificate prepares teachers who work with learners who enter schools with a language other than English.Program Highlights:

Provides a certificate endorsement program for elementary and secondary teachers who have met initial licensure requirements.
Many of the required courses are offered online.

Student pursuing the graduate certificate in Teaching English as a Second Language are eligible for federal financial aid providing they take at least 4.5 hours (1/2 time enrollment) in a semester.
