Job Descriptio0n The Student Financial Assistance Graduate Assistant is primarily responsible for providing client services by phone and in-person. The position handles financial aid administrative duties including advising students and families on how to apply for financial aid and about the process to receive various financial aid programs. In addition, the position handles clerical duties such as filing, mailings and scanning for document imaging.
Preferred Experience Excellent communication skills, manage tasks in a demanding environment, computer skills, ability to handle confidential information in a professional and ethical manner, ability to analyze and decipher information.Students who have experience in working with a diverse population, counseling, or call center would be best suited for this position.
