Joyce Harrah is Office Administrator for the Office of the Dean and Vice President for Graduate Studies.  Joyce has been with the Graduate School of Education and Professional Development since 1987.  She served as Administrative Secretary-Senior for Elementary and Secondary Education for 12 years before assuming her current position. Before joining the Graduate College, Joyce worked for the Dean of Student Affairs at West Virginia University Institute of Technology (formerly WV Institute of Technology) from 1983-1987.

Joyce has a M.A. in Secondary Education and a B.S. in Business Administration.
