Project Associate on national research effort to identify the emerging role of the state education department sponsored by the U.S.O.E. involving 39 of the 50 states.
Responsible for the development of a national conference, co-sponsored by the U.S.O.E. and the University Council for Educational Administration, with attendance by the leaders in the field of educational administration and chief state school officers.
Project director of a national research project for the U.S.O.E. to develop training programs for state education department leadership personnel.
Developed a proposal for the West Virginia State Education Department, to stimulate funds for training programs to attract and retain quality leadership personnel.
U.S.O.E.: Validation team member.
Participated in the development of simulation training materials for urban school principals for the University Council of Educational Administration.
Served on accreditation visiting team at Concord College, Athens, West Virginia
