Differentiated Instruction: An Intro for Educators

Course Topics

  • Defining differentiated instruction;
  • Implementing the basics of differentiated instruction;
  • Assessing student differences;
  • Strategies for managing a differentiated classroom;
  • Differentiating content, products, and process;
  • Grading in a differentiated classroom.

Prerequisites

  •  None

Enrollment

  • Registration is open from September 2, 2009 to October 16, 2009. All registration material, including fees, must be received by 4:00 p.m. on October 16, 2009.
  • Courses will be available online beginning September 21, 2009.
  • All course work must be completed by December 11, 2009.
  • Enrollment is limited.

Cost

  • Tuition cost is $250 per student. All checks/money orders should be made payable to RESA III.
  • No credit card payments accepted.
  • No refunds of tuition and fees will be made after the last date of registration, October 16, 2009.

Grading

  • Grades will be reported as Credit/No Credit.
