Mrs. Nikki Webster has 10 years of teaching experience in Wayne County and is the fourth grade teacher at the June Harless 21st Century Model School at Kellogg Elementary. She is a graduate of Marshall University with a bachelors degree in Elementary Education K-8.  Mrs. Webster also has a Masters degree in Literacy Education. This is her second year at Kellogg Elementary. Nikki is a member of WV Reading Association.
