The Higher Education for Learning Problems Program (H.E.L.P.) was organized in 1981.The Program has grown steadily from 3 dyslexic students at its conception, to over 200 Learning Disabled (LD) students today. H.E.L.P. provides qualified students with LD or Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) the rights they are guaranteed under section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act.

  • Liaison maintained between professor and student
