About me:   I was born and raised in Charleston, WV. I graduated from Capital High and then moved to Morgantown, where I attended West Virginia University. After graduating, I spent a year working for an environmental consulting company, where I worked primarily on stream quality assessments around coal mines in Southern WV. After a year of working, I decided to come back to school and get my Biology MS, focusing on herpetology. My primary interest lies in venomous snakes, but I am interested in all kinds of reptiles and amphibians. I also love to hunt, fish, ride motorcycles, and play with my bulldog Buckshot.
