Cancelling Housing Prior To Move In

If you need to cancel housing before you move in because you are commuting, not attending Marshall, etc., be sure you follow these steps to avoid unnecessary bills or charges to your account:

1. You must meet the criteria to be released from Marshall's residency requirement. If you do, you must complete one of the release request form.
2. If you are eligible to live off campus, complete a cancellation of housing form. Turn this in to the Department of Housing and Residence Life office in Holderby Hall.
