Towers West, Towers East, Holderby, Buskirk, and Marshall Commons Residence Hall Maintenance or Housekeeping

Any kind of repair or maintenance issue in your residence hall room or building can be reported in two ways:

Option 1: Call the FIXX Hotline 696-FIXX (696-3499). The menu system will lead you through several questions so that your problem/request will be forwarded to the person who can correct the situation in a timely manner. Please provide the following information:

Full name
Room number and building
Problem being reported
Contact information

Option 2: Click here to submit your Maintenance or Housekeeping Work Orders online.

Once your problem has been resolved please let us know how we did. Send your comments to divers@marshall.edu.

First Year Residence Hall Maintenance

Maintenance requests can now be submitted online! Clicking the link will take you to the resident portal. After logging in, select the "Work Order" tab to enter a maintenance request. Please be as detailed as possible when describing maintenance required in your room. Any completed work orders will be left on the sink of your room. If you have any questions, see the front desk of Freshman South!
