Assignments

After your application has been processed, a letter will be sent to the mailing address listed on your application detailing your room assignment.

The letter will state the room that will be assigned to you. Due to a high volume of requests for certain residence halls, not all students will be placed in the hall of their first choice. Should this occur, your name is automatically placed on a waiting list for that building.  Due to a limited amount of spaces in the First Year Residence Halls, assignments to those residence halls will be based on the date the completed application packet was received.
