Voice-mail Upgrade

As part of our efforts to improve the University telecommunications environment, the Office of Information Technology is planning an upgrade to the current telephone voice mail system. The upgrade will affect the handling of your call coverage paths – what happens when you are not available to answer your phone – from our current Avaya® Modular Messaging system over to our new Microsoft® Exchange Unified Messaging system. Voice-mails will still be retrieved either from a telephone user interface (aka TUI) or as a message attached to an e-mail. More
