Faculty and Staff Online Training
Welcome to the instructions on how to self enroll into Faculty and Staff Online Self Training course. This course is open to all Marshall faculty and staff and offers variety of the training modules such as Microsoft Office 2007 suite, Microsoft Windows Vista, Banner Administrative Applications, basic computer usage and etc. Click here to see the complete list of the modules offered in this course.
To enroll in a training section for Marshall University Faculty and Staff Members, please follow the instructions below.
Note: If you receive the error message, "You have entered an incorrect user name or password” after following the steps below then please contact the UCS Help Desk. You are receiving this message because your account is not in the Vista database or you are not using the correct MU ID and Pin.
- Click Here to open up a new window showing the MUOnline login page. When the page loads, look for the section on the page entitled Faculty and Staff Training. Click the link that says Click here to register for Online training as shown in the image below:

- Then click the Green Arrow beside the Technology Training title. This will show the Self Paced Training section that you can register for.

- You will see the following page. Click the Self Enroll button to the right of the section:

- This will take you to a form like the one below. Enter your MU ID (901 number) for the User Name and use your 6 Digit Pin for the Password. Once you have entered your information click the Register button to finish the registration process.

- When you have registered you will see a confirmation message like the one below:

- You are now enrolled in Marshall University's Technology Self Training Course!
