  • Be more open… Develop initiatives that will ultimately benefit our customers and the institution not necessarily the status quo.
  • Be more interactive… Work together to develop more innovative ways to supply services and support that:
    • Improves efficiencies (reduces unnecessary redundancies, specializations, and effort)
    • Improves customer service/support
    • Allows for shared development of expertise and specialization
