This one story facility has an extended square plan, and each entrance is marked by hipped roof pavilions supported by columns, which allows covered places where to stay or as porch. The roof is made of slate tiles, and it appears as a wrap-around cornice all along its sides. However, most of the roof is flat and horizontal. Play yards with all the ancillary equipment for children are also installed.
