This building was a former administrative corporation building, purchased for MU in 1998. Its plan has a T shape, with two story pavilion at one of the concave corners, that serves as the main entrance. The red brick masonry walls appears like stripes without gravity, that runs around the volume remarking its three stories. This effect is due to the withdrawal of the vertical members of the structure, that are hidden behind the walls and the continuous glass openings. A green metal fascia covers the edges of the building, with a medium pitch metal roof above. The whole building appears majestic as seen from the entrance avenue.
