HALL OF FAME 1994 A. Michael Perry is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Banc One West Virginia Corporation, formerly Key Centurion Bancshares, Inc., West Virginia's largest bank holding company. He is Chairman of the Board of The First Huntington National Bank and a member and former chairman of the West Virginia Board of Trustees. A graduate of Marshall University, he went on to law school and received a degree from the West Virginia University College of Law, where he graduated first in his class. From 1961-1968 he was a partner at Huntington's Huddleston, Bolen, Beatty, Porter and Copen law firm. His career has led him to serve on the Government Relation s Council for the American Bankers Association, co-chair the West Virginia Children's Health Project with Senator Rockefeller, and chair the West Virginia State Chamber of Commerce, where he presently serves on its Board of Directors. He has served as pr esident of the Rotary Club and the Marshall University Artist Series Board. He was named "Citizen of the year" by The Herald Dispatch in Huntington and in 1992 was named to the "Wall of Fame" by the City of Huntington Foundation.
