Young Builders and Technology Building
Saturdays - April 27, May 4 and May 11, 2013  10:00 a.m. - 12:00 a.m.
Learn about engineering through hands-on experience with LEGO^® Educational materials.

5 year olds to 3rd graders will set up a world of DUPLO^®  using large blocks, gears, mosaics, animals, trains, and more to build playgrounds, stores, parks and zoo, homes and work places and transportation to get to them all.

3rd  to 8th graders will build LEGO^® gears, pulleys, levers, wheels and axles into machines to solve dozens of challenges.

Limit: 12 students total. Cost: $35 for the three morning sessions

Robotics- LEGO^® Education Green City Challenge
Saturdays - April 27, May 4 and May 11, 2013    1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Students program LEGO^®  Robotics  to perform tasks. Great prep for FIRST^® LEGO^® League!
Students participate in small - team design projects while fostering an understanding of science and physical principles for robotics and computer programming in ROBOLAB^TM and NXT-GTM.
Projects are structured to allow students in small groups to work in an open-ended, investigative environment while having fun.
Available to Students in Grades 4th and up.

Limit: 8 students.  Cost: $35 for the three afternoon sessions
