A display of highlighting the contributions and rich history of African Americans in West Virginia and Appalachia will be on the 3rd floor of Drinko Library during January and February, 2011. The display will showcase materials from the Drinko Library, the University Archives in Special Collections located in the Morrow Library Building as well as photographs by University photographer Rick Haye and personal memorabilia from Maurice Cooley, Director of MU’s Center for African American Students’ Programs.
