Created Equal: Civil Rights in America

 Created Equal

Join Marshall University's Drinko Library as we celebrate Black History Month with a special display and two film screenings. 

Currently on display for the month of February is Created Equal: Civil Rights in America  The display contains information and items from the MU Libraries' collection on the Civil Rights Movement and the 50th anniversary of the July 2, 1964 Civil Rights Act.  In addition, there is information about the two films which will be screened this month.  The display is located in the display cases on 3rd floor of Drinko Library. 

The two films which will be screened for the public include The Loving Story on February 12 and Freedom Riders on February 19.  Both films begin at 6 p.m. in Drinko Library Auditorium on 4th floor.
