Eliza has offered her services in
fixing your [illegible] &c for
I have thought very often of
the grace with which you
sometimes get thrown on. and
found if you approved that
way up there you would fright
en some of the borders there
to the mountains sure enough
Sal came down with me this
morning is still here. I think
she will stay all night. hope
so. We have been having a
good time since you left. have
been together nearly all the
time. She sends her love to
you and says she is taking
care of me in your absence.
I don't want you to hurry
home on account of my going
away as I am not near ready.
