end of the hall. There are some
Peach trees in front of our window
and once in a while we have
some of them they are as hard
as bullets but they taste a little
like peaches. we reach them from
our window very handy.
It was just one week yesterday
since we left home and it seems
three times that long to me. it
seems longer than that since
Pa left us. But I stand it
very well for me and it is
the second time I was ever away
from home without some of the
family. but Beck is just like
a sister to me she is so kind
if it wasn't for her and Maria
I don't know what I would do
(but I can't say so much for Rome)
I opened my Bible to read some
today and "behold!" a two dollar
