to attend to business regularly though
he comes down to the mill once
or twice during the day- He bought
Long wheat to day about 400
bushels @ $2.60 - we pay Fr[eigh]t
will cost about 65 -- H.M. Onderdonk
is going to contest the election of Jour
Republican State [illegible] found ille-
gal votes - Negroes - In turn the Repub-
licans contest the election of Heborn
(D.B.) & Tipton (Dem). sheriff -- "you tickle
me & I'll tickle you and [we] both laugh"--
