Eagle Station, June 20th 1882

Dear Joe
I wrote you last night asking
about the manure about the stables
here. and today I find A Ritchie
hauling it away by orders of Bob Staller
and on making inquiry I find that
the manure belongs to JAS &Co if
sold will bring about 75$ or 100$ or
would benefit the land more there
than if hauled on the old ground
of the leases.
Be sure and let me know about
the old land on Saw Pearces lease
as there is nothing on the lease that
releases your 1/3 of the wheat
I c intend leaving on Marv Shawers
part of the wheat for royalty on some
poles he cut last winter as soon as
I can get a statement from [illegible]
Radcilffe who just passed by on
