and there I sat and eat.
while they they talked to
me, and I almost im-
agined that I was eating
one of those old fash-
ioned late suppers like
I use to eat with you by
me to attend my wants.
Now I dont know how
I am to pay the great
debt of kindness I owe
this family, and when ever
I go to Shelbyville still if
comes, I will make two
propositions. The first is
I want you to write Mrs.
Ju Mary Coldwell (the
Judges lady) a letter on
touching lightly my reference
to their kindness to me,
