Question. "Is the means of trans-
portation under your charge and
for which you are responsible
made use of for private purposes",
(My answer) "It is"
Question, "By whom is it used
for private purposes,"
(My answer) "By Bub. Col. Gibson
the post Commander"
I then laid before the inspector
General the order forbidding me
to use the transportation for any
purpose without the permission
of the post Commander Col. G.
