This gives me new ideas= namely=
to just mortgage that store building
for $10,000 & get this amt on same
terms I know N&Co have plenty
of money & no use for it= and
there is no sense in paying 10 per
cent inst where it can be had
for 6= what say you?  We are
getting along nicely here=  Pa was
bathing today & said when I wrote
you to tell you to stay there
longer now you were there &
that we could put off our closing
a while= Therefore dont hurry=
I'll promise you not to close
till you do come=  If that
is any consolation to you=
The money handed Granger is
becoming reconciled to the prices
90^c for old & 75^c for new wheat
and so are we= The are bound
to make money this year & my
notion is to make it whether
