Patriotic music was extremely
popular during the Civil War. This song by Harry Macarthy was published by the A.E. Blackmar & Bro. of New
Orleans. He also wrote the "Bonnie Blue Flag."
"Our Flag" was one of the many songs that made the Confederate flag a
pervasive theme in Confederate patriotic music.
