A hamlet and post office on in Red  Sulphur District of Monroe County. It is on County Road 24, off WV State Route 12.
   The name was selected after Chestnut Hill was rejected by the Post Office. After several names were discussed and rejected by a local committee, one member exclaimed, "My bazoo is up." They then all agreed and settled on Bozoo as the spelling.
