"AN AFRICAN AMERICAN LANDMARK IN FAYETTE COUNTY: CAMP WASHINGTON-CARVER"
     An article by Norman Jordan that appeared in the Winter 1999 issue of "Goldenseal", giving a personal view of the history and importance of the camp. Illustrations include a selection of photographs from the West Virginia State Archives and West Virginia State College Archives.
