HUNTINGTON HOLIDAYS MEDICAL MILITARY & WW II ORGANIZATIONS EDUCATION MARSHALL UNIVERSITY POLITICS Dugan's Marshall cartoons depict Marshall University when it was still a college (It became a university in 1961). His drawings lament the college's lack of funding. He highlighted the various courses of study. The Artist Series brought in famous performers for the students' enjoyment. Of course, he also drew cartoons about sports, especially football's Thundering Herd. HOME |
