	The Clifford C. Caverlee Collection (Accession 596) contains postmarks from most West Virginia post offices. A number of these postmarks are found on postcards that Mr. Caverlee acquired for his unique collection. Many of the postcards have pictures of cities, buildings, scenic views, etc. A few have art work for greetings. Here is a small sampling of some of the artistic postcards that are part of the collection. These postcards generally deal with holiday, birthday, friendship or romance themes.
