  In Andy Finds A Way Jesse Stuart tells the story of Andy Scott, who, although he lives on a farm, has never had a pet. Then, the family cow gives birth to a muddy-colored calf. Andy’s dad tells him he can care for the calf, but he will have to sell the calf for veal for the family’s desperate needed of money. Understanding the family’s need for money, as well as his love for calf, Andy he sets out to find a way to save his new pet by raising the cash.
