The Year of My Rebirth was
published in Great Britain two years
after the
American edition
was issued.
The book is technically not a first
edition, but its unique dust jacket
makes it suitable for this exhibit. What
is unique about the dust jacket its lengthy encomium,
whose text runs from the front cover, to
the front flap, to the back flap, and
ends on the back cover. The Jesse Stuart
Collection has two copies, both with their dust
jacks and signed by Jesse
Stuart. |
