Move-In Crew

Residence hall move-in is an exciting time for our students and their families. Our Move-In Crew provides a collaborative effort by faculty, staff, students and community volunteers to assist in welcoming our students to campus. Whether it’s helping new students and families find their way around campus, moving things to their residence hall or providing support to families, volunteers can help make the day memorable and stress-free!

Current students helping as a move-in volunteers are able to move-in beginning at 9 a.m. on Sunday, August 15.

Volunteers are asked to sign up for one (or more) shifts during the following dates and times.

Freshman Move-In

  • Monday, August 16
    • 7:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.
    • 10:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
    • 1:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.
  • Tuesday, August 17
    • 7:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.
    • 10:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
    • 1:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Upper Class Move-In

  • Friday, August 20
    • 7:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.
    • 10:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
    • 1:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.
  • Saturday, August 21
    • 7:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.
    • 10:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
    • 1:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.
  • Sunday, August 22
    • 7:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.
    • 10:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
    • 1:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.
