The Facilities Scheduling Office coordinates and schedules the use of facilities and equipment for campus organizations as well as visitors to our campus. A wide range of meeting and conference venues is available along with supplemental audiovisual equipment as needed. Should your organization schedule an event or conference during the summer, on campus housing arrangements can be made through this office, as well as scheduling for recreational facilities such as the swimming pool, racquetball courts, or the MSC Recreation Area. The Facilities Scheduling Office is managed by Linda Bowen, who reports to the Business Manager. |
