In order to schedule an event on the Marshall University campus, you need to use 25Live, the University’s web-based calendaring and scheduling solution. Users can request use of University space 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from any computer connected to the Internet.
A few pointers:
- You must use 25Live to schedule any space on the Marshall campus.
- Any student, employee or faculty with valid Marshall MUNet credentials can access 25Live.
- Scheduling space is self-service. The Facilities Scheduling Office may not be able to create the reservation for you.
All classes are scheduled through the Registrar’s Office and special event requests (e.g.,lecture, class meetings, etc.) are scheduled through the Facilities Scheduling Office.
Getting started with a new system can be somewhat of a challenge. However, we have created a couple of documents that you might want to print out and keep handy:

This document provides step by step instructions for Scheduling an Event
- 25Live Quick Start
This document provides information about the basic functions you might want to access right away like checking location availability, doing quick searches, checking on the status of a request and editing or cancelling an event.
