Space Reservation Request Form


This is a REQUEST for a space on campus. For information on reservation guidelines and policies, go to the Facilities Scheduling Office web site. Filling out this form DOES NOT confirm your reservation. Once we have confirmed that space is available, you will receive a confirmation from our system with information about your reservation. It is important that you read your confirmation carefully and call our office with any questions. If you do not receive a confirmation, your reservation HAS NOT been approved.

Reservations must be submitted a minimum of two business days prior to the event.

All fields with an asterisk (*) are required.

NO FOOD MAY BE BROUGHT IN without written approval of the Facilities Scheduling Manager. Written request must be submitted by the reserving party at least ten working days prior to the event.

The facility rental agreement does not include permission to use any trademark, logo, phrase or image belonging to or referring to Marshall University. Use of the University name is limited to listing the event location only. All other usages are prohibited
