Tips for a Successful CV by Sarah Webb is an especially nice overview with a list of "do's and don'ts", as well as tips for managing your CV over the course of your career.
Chronicle Careers provides articles, search-enabled job listings, and the ability to post “position wanted” ads.
The CV Doctor Returns, which helps readers put together a document that demonstrates their record and showcases their potential in a way that is clear and appealing without being gimmicky. This site features example CVs for different positions and disciplines, including tips for administrators, fine arts, biomedical sciences, and social sciences.
